About me
I am an alumna of IUPUI. I have been a member of the IUPUI work family for five years and have worked in two different departments. I have been with the Office of Student Employment since November 2016.
Why I chose IUPUI
As a student, I worked on the IUPUI campus in a couple of work-study positions. This gave me a deeper insight on my path to work in higher education. The IUPUI community was welcoming and innovating, which helped me to know this would be the place for me. I am proud to be a part of the IUPUI community.
My college work experiences
As a student, I worked in various positions on campus that created a network that has developed me into the person that I am today. I believe in taking someone along and showing them all of the opportunities that are available for them. My first part-time job was working at Arby’s, and it taught me to appreciate everything in life. I loved the idea of meeting new people each and every day and making sure their experience was awesome!
