This training is designed to help you understand all the steps involved in writing a great job description. Job descriptions are very important and can determine what kind of candidates might apply for your position. Understanding what should be included in qualifications, descriptions, titles, and all the other pieces that go into it can be overwhelming. This training will help simplify it for you. Anyone who is responsible for posting positions or hiring will benefit from this training.
