In conjunction with the National Student Employment Association, we take time to recognize our on- and off-campus student employees during the second full week of April each year. This year, NSEA week is April 8–12. From our annual awards ceremony to free giveaways to festive themed events, you won’t want to miss this week of celebration! NSEA Week is full of fun for student employees and supervisors around campus! From free t-shirts to award ceremonies, there is something for everyone throughout this week.

NSEA Block Party
The NSEA Block Party has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Office of Student Employment, University Tower, Suite 202.
IUPUI student employees can stop by our office to get your NSEA Week T-shirt (if you haven't received one yet), snacks, and other appreciation items! We'll have button and bracelet making as well as an opportunity for students to get a professional headshot taken (10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.)! No appointment needed.

These past few years, we have all faced many challenges and had to embrace a lot of change, but our student employees have stepped up to the challenge in more ways than one. This year, it became especially clear to many of us how crucial our student employees are to our success and the success of IUPUI as a whole. We have admired our student employees’ strength, resilience, and creativity as they continue to work hard to support their campus and each other. NSEA Awards Ceremony
The nomination period for the 2024 NSEA Awards Ceremony is now closed. If you were nominated for or nominated someone for Student Employee or Supervisor of the Year, you will be contacted by our office to attend this year's awards ceremony.
The NSEA Awards Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 3–4 p.m., in the Campus Center Theatre. This event is invite only.
