Job Searching

JagJobs for Students

About one week after registering for classes, IUPUI students can access JagJobs using their IUPUI CAS username and passphrase.

*JagJobs is a free service offered to students and employers by the IUPUI Office of Student Employment. Although we aim to provide the most accurate information, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of all postings. Use of this platform is entirely at the risk of the users, and the university expressly disclaims any and all liability regarding use of this site. It is the direct responsibility of the student to research the integrity of both employers and opportunities made available through JagJobs. All students should use common sense and caution throughout the application process and never provide a Social Security number or banking information as part of an application for a non-university company, organization, or private party. Additionally, note that all hiring and compensation for student employees is managed between the student and the employer. IUPUI is not responsible for the safety, wages, working conditions, or any other aspects of non-university employment postings on this website. Frequently Asked Job Search Questions

Documentation Needed Before You Can Work

All incoming students intending to work on or off-campus need to bring their acceptable Form I-9 documents with them.

The documents must be unexpired, originals. This means that photo copies and/or scans are not acceptable documents. Students not bringing these required documents cannot fill out an I-9 and will not be allowed to work until they can present the required documents.
