Our 2019-2020 strategic goals
This academic year, the Office of Student Employment achieves its mission while working toward the following prioritized goals:
Increase the number of students working on campus/CWS positions by 2% over the 2018-19 total by May 31, 2020.
Begin to measure interns' sense of belonging in the workplace in the 2019-20 cohort for the On-Campus Internship Program.
Provide outreach and programming promoting the value of collegiate work experiences to at least 1/3 of the undergraduate population.
Increase the number of students utilizing their FWS award in CWS agencies to 150.
Increase the number of supervisors utilizing support services from our office to enhance the learning opportunity provided to their student employees by 45.
