Our 2020–21 strategic goals
This academic year, the Office of Student Employment will achieve its mission while working toward the following prioritized goals:
Increase the number of students utilizing their FWS award in CWS agencies to 150.
Measure On-Campus Internship Program interns' sense of belonging in the workplace in the 2020–21 AY to maintain a 80% positive sense of belonging.
Increase the number of supervisors connecting with OSE in presentations, workshops, and brown bag sessions to enhance the learning opportunity provided to their student employees by 5%.
