Our office will continue offering drop-in services virtually on Tuesday–Thursday 1:00–3:00 p.m. Virtual drop-ins will be conducted through Zoom. During drop-in times, please log in from a computer or mobile device using this link: https://iu.zoom.us/my/future.

HR continues to work through policies and procedures surrounding President McRobbie’s announcement on March 23, 2020, surrounding pay for university employees and university operations. The AY 2019–2020 authorization forms are now available. The AY 2019–2020 eligibility period is 8/11/2019–5/9/2020. All AY 2019–2020 hires and maintains must have the effective date of 8/11/2019. Students who are continuing employment in their 2019–2020 jobs (and have a work-study award for the academic year) and students starting at a new place must complete an authorization form request. Students and their supervisors can access the authorization form below.
Appointments are available in person and virtually for undergraduate students enrolled at IUPUI. Drop-ins are available in person every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please note: Same-day appointments are not available.
